With a nationwide footprint of 19 branches, our clients are supported by a workforce of over 800 employees which include specialist engineers, technicians, project managers, estimators, site personnel, and service specialists.
Company History
Grosvenor Engineering Group began with three university friends who had studied engineering at the University of New South Wales, two of which are still Owners / Directors today – Nicholas Lianos and Peter Souflias.
Nicholas came across Grosvenor Air Conditioning, a company looking to sell its HVAC maintenance contracts and with his university friends they bought the contracts. In May 1994, the Grosvenor Group of companies began with a team of 13. Today we are a national company with customers spanning across Australia.
