About the Role:
As an Associate at Omnii, you will provide technical and people leadership while contributing to the strategic growth of the business. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and supporting sustainable revenue growth.
You will also mentor and guide team members, support business development activities, and represent Omnii within the industry through networking and professional engagement. This role plays an important part in strengthening Omnii’s market presence while fostering a high-performing and engaged team culture.
About you:
We're looking for a proactive, self-driven individual who meets the following criteria:
- Tertiary qualification, preferably in Fire Safety Engineering
- Demonstrated consulting experience in Fire Safety Engineering
- Familiarity with the International Fire Engineering Guidelines, and the National Construction Code
- Strong technical skillset, including computer modelling experience
- Great communication and stakeholder management skills
- Registered Fire Safety Engineer (or working towards)
