FVS is a progressive and innovative leader in the provision of Routine Service of Fire Protection Systems and Equipment to the education, health, commercial, retail and industrial segments of both the private and public sectors.
Reporting to the Service Manager and located at our Townsville office, this role forms part of the Service Delivery Team.
Candidates having prior exposure to the fire industry and/or role would be encouraged to apply.
You will be responsible for:
Quoting for the wet, portables and dry systems (Creating quotations for customers)
Invoicing (Processing of customer invoices and data entry)
Monitoring supplier invoices (Wet, Dry and Portables)
Monitoring and managing a shared inbox.
Supporting Account managers and Supervisors with customer’s needs (Quoting & Invoicing)
Multiple Customer Portals
Ensuring monthly Quoting and Invoicing KPI's are achieved.
Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders regarding service delivery outcomes.
General administration support
Obtaining purchase orders from clients
Ideally you will have at least 12 months experience in an allied and busy service delivery organization, be self-motivated and possess strong written & verbal communication skills. Computer and administration skills are essential. You will need the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
The successful applicant will preferably have the following skills:
Skills in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite
Strong communication skills dealing with clients and trade personnel
Intermediate to high general computer literacy
Experience working in a team environment.
Knowledge in the operations of a building services/facilities maintenance organization
Problem solving motivation
Technical knowledge of trades preferred but not essential.
