About us

Buddy's Fire is a family operated business employing locals while supporting and contributing to the local community. We have experience working with a wide range of clients, including small businesses right up to large corporations along with Government Departments and Regional Councils.

This position will start on a Casual basis at first however looking for someone who is after a Full time career in the industry.

✔ No Experience Required – We value attitude over experience. If you’re reliable, motivated and eager to learn, we want to hear from you.

✔ Career Development – The successful candidate will have the opportunity to obtain their Certificate II in Fire Protection Inspection & Testing, setting you up for a strong future in the industry.

✔ Team-Oriented Mindset – You’ll work alongside experienced Fire Technicians, so being a team player is essential.

✔ Driver’s Licence (Essential) – You’ll be on the road servicing clients and making a real difference in workplace safety.

✔ Basic Computer Skills – Confidence with data entry and completing on-site inductions will be highly regarded.

✔ Travel Flexibility – Some overnight travel is required (approximately 2–5 days per month).

✔ Commitment to Growth – This role includes a 3-month casual trial period, with the opportunity for permanent employment based on performance.
